What is Healea?

Healea is a comprehensive behavioural lifestyle management app that allows you to take control of your lifestyle modification journey.  We want to help people live a healthy and complication-free life where they can enjoy more time with their families instead of worrying about disease complications. 

How is Healea different from other lifestyle management apps?

Healea is built in collaboration with end users like you and keeping in mind your and your healthcare expectations of apps like intuitiveness and personalisation while allowing better lifestyle management. We use AI capabilities such as natural language processing and computer vision to give you detailed insights and information while giving you a personalised experience and an end-user-friendly simple interface. 

Who is the app for?

Healea is for everyone who wants to achieve better lifestyle management. With its intuitive design and advanced AI capabilities, the app allows insightful and simple picturization of your progress and real-time communication with care providers.

Is the app available outside of Australia and in other languages?

The app is currently made available for residents of Australia and in the English language. We plan to roll the app out in other countries and languages.

Do I have to pay for it?

We are giving a free 3-month of premium subscription for you to start off with. 


And, hey, after 3 months, you only pay AUD 4-6/month depending on the subscription model to use the premium features 🤗. Free features remain free forever. 

How does the app work?
It’s simple! Once you download the app from App Store or Google Play, you will be required to sign up using your email id and a password. You will complete a preliminary questionnaire about your height, weight, and other history for us to provide customised recommendations. And you get tips, advice, and information along the way to better navigate the app. 
Can I add my care provider to my app?

Yes, of course! You can select your care provider from the list or simply create a portfolio of your care provider and send them a request to see your activity and progress. They can, in real-time, monitor your progress and advise you on diet and exercise management. 

Can I share my reports with my care provider?

Definitely, Yes! You can allow your care provider to view your reports in the app, or you can simply generate a pdf for your care provider. Your care provider has access to a portal where they can see your activity and results.

Is there a web app for Healea?

Yes, we have a web app, but it’s only for healthcare providers. They can log in from the web app and see your progress. 

What if I change my phone?

We all change our phones, and we understand this. Make sure to log out from your old phone and just download the app and sign in from your registered username with your new phone, and access all your previous data and progress back. 

What am I getting out of the app?

What information is collected during the sign up process?

We ask for your personal information to personalise your experience! Rest assured, we know your data's importance, so we keep your information secure and confidential. 

How is the collected data managed?

We follow strict privacy protocols to safeguard your information. You can view our privacy policy in your app to see how your data is collected and managed. What is the Healea web app?

Healea web app is designed for you to oversee your client's lifestyle management journey better. Through the web component of the app, you can add and manage goals and action plans for your client so they can manage their lifestyle better. 

What are my clients getting out of the Healea?

Through the mobile component of the Healea, they get access to:


- A community of people they can connect to, share tips, and discuss ideas together for better lifestyle management. 

- Evidence-based resources, strategies, tips, and advice to help them better understand.

- Conversational and personalized AI avatars which would guide them at every step of their journey. 

- Integration with their favourite smartwatches. 

- Exercise and diet coach to choose the right set of exercise and food to help them better control their calorie intake and promote an active lifestyle. 

- Real-time communication and information exchange between care providers and clients so they are on top of their lifestyle journey. 

Can I add unlimited clients through the web portal?

Yes, absolutely, you can! You can add multiple clients and manage them. 

Can two or more care providers add the same client?

Definitely! Healea's functionality allows multiple care providers to add the same client to provide holistic advice. 

Can I see my clients' daily progress?

Of course! You stay on top of their progress. Healea's web portal has a user-friendly and easy-to-understand layout where you can monitor your client's daily, weekly, and monthly progress and do much more. 

Can I download my clients' results and progress reports?

Yes, you can. Healea's web portal lets you download your clients' progress reports and results in a readable pdf format. 

Can I see my client's diary notes?

Definitely, you can. Whatever notes they put in for the day will be visible to you so that you have a better understanding of your clients. 

How do I add a client?

Once you are registered on the Healea web portal, simply click the 'Add New' button in the upper right-hand corner and enter the details of your clients to invite them to join Healea. 

What happens once I invite a client to join through the web portal?

Your clients receive an email or a phone link to accept the invitation to join Healea! Once they join, you can see them in your dashboard and manage their progress.

How do I delete a client from my dashboard if they are no longer a client of mine?

It's simple. Just 'Unlink' the client who is no longer with you, and it's done. You will not be able to manage them or see their progress. 

Is the Healea web portal integrated with my practice management system?

Unfortunately, at this stage, it is not! However, we are in talks with practice management softwares and plan to launch this feature in the next version. 

Do I have to pay to use the Healea web portal?

No, Healea web portal is free to use for healthcare providers.
